At the last Operation INK-OFF on October 21, 2008 at Dr. TATTOFF in Encino, CA, we performed laser tattoo removal for free all day long for anyone who came in the door. At the end of the day we had treated 91 patients at Dr. TATTOFF Encino’s first Operation INK-OFF.
