
Dr. Berman received M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from New York University and is Professor of Dermatology and Internal Medicine at The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He is presently a member of the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology and serves on the editorial boards of six dermatologic journals.
In addition to his clinical faculty position, Dr. Berman directs the Skin Research Group’s broad-based clinical research program. He is the author of more than 250 peer-reviewed scientific and clinical articles, chapters and books and was bestowed the “Scientist of the Year” Award from Sigma Xi the Science and Research Honor Society and is included among “The Best Doctors in America.”

Dr. Cohen is Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs at New York University’s Langone Medical Center and Director of NYU Dermatologic Associates. He also serves as the Director of Allergic Occupational and Environmental Dermatology and is an Associate Professor of Dermatology. Additionally, he serves as a clinical consultant to numerous companies and is a former member of the Board of Directors of Connetics Corporation, a dermatology company acquired by Stiefel Laboratories. Dr. Cohen has published widely in the field of clinical dermatology and is a frequent lecturer at national and international meetings. Dr. Cohen is a member of the editorial board of Journal of Drugs in Dermatology and the editorial advisory boards of Dermatitis and Skin and Allergy News.

Dr. Desai is a board certified dermatologist and the Director of Heights Dermatology and Aesthetic Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Desai graduated from the Kansas City School of Medicine and Biosciences and was the recipient of several awards including the prestigious Paul McCord Humanitarian and Community Service Award and Sigma Sigma Phi Student of the Year Award. During residency Dr. Desai won several dermatology awards including the Allergan Research Award, Ulbrich Research Award, and the Daniel Koprince Research Award. In addition, Dr. Desai has numerous journal publications and has co-authored several dermatology textbook chapters. Recently, Dr. Desai was appointed to serve as the Dermatology Residency Program Director for the University of North Texas-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology.

Dr. Desai is a board certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Houston, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and continued his education at the University of North Texas Health Science Center where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Desai has won several dermatology awards including the 21st World Congress of Dermatology Scholarship and American Academy of Dermatology International Travel Grant. He was also awarded the A.P. Ulbrich Award and Allergan Research Award in 2006 for unique and outstanding commitment to dermatologic research. In addition to completing a Mohs Micrographic Surgery and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Loma Linda University, Dr. Desai had a faculty position and served as the coordinator of the Loma Linda Melanoma Tumor Board from 2007-2008. He currently serves as an associate professor of dermatology at Western University of Health Sciences and recently co-authored three chapters in major dermatology textbooks.

Dr. Swanson is the director of Dermatologic Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University and former Chairman of the Department of Dermatology. He has also served on the American Academy of Dermatologists Board of Directors. His area of expertise is in caring for patients with skin cancer, including melanoma and has trained over 30 fellows who practice at teaching hospitals in the United States and around the world.
