T-Shirt Design Contest [ Email your T-Shirt Designs ]

Artists, Illustrators, Designers, Tattoo Artists, and Hopefuls – Come One, Come All to our T-Shirt Design Contest!!

Dr. TATTOFF’s target demographic, on average, is a very design-savvy bunch, and now we’re in need of new promotional T-shirt designs (so when we move into new markets and introduce ourselves, we can come bearing gifts!)

So we blocked off a week, holed ourselves up in a cabin in a Vermont, and started thinking .... In the end this is what we came up with: what great design ideas are lurking in the minds of those who would be wearing them? Yeahhhhh – good idea guys.

Here's the deal – go to the contest page of our website (http://www.drtattoff.com/contests.php) and download the "Design-Kit" zip file which contains some of our current assets and logo for you to play with when designing. We’re really excited to see all the hip, sleek, modern and creative things you can do with the logo & taglines! Hopefully you’ll be wise enough to use them in some form, even if subliminal. (Actually, there may even be bonus points involved for subliminal!) but you get the idea. We want the goods. You have the goods. We want you to give us the goods!

If we dig your design we’ll have them printed on some apparel, feature you on our website, in our newsletter, and make sure you receive a couple shirts yourselves. Maybe even make some banners from them, some stickers, some vip treatment ... the possibilities are endless! The prizes will keep adding as we go, but for now you’ll definitely be featured on our website & within our newsletter, and we’ll send over some swag especially for you.

PLEASE make sure to send us your designs as a photoshop (.psd) or illustrator (.ais) file, preferably a vector file so we can allow the tattoo shops to switch in their own shop’s colors if they want. Enter yourself or a friend online to compete for a free tattoo removal treatment.

And just so we’re all clear, here’s the fine print: By entering your design in the contest, you are authorizing Dr. TATTOFF the exclusive rights to print and distribute your designs - so please show us the ORIGINAL design savvy we know YOU have (as opposed to your friends or enemies), and send in your entry S.T.A.T.! Regretting that hideous tattoo done in a garage by some guy who was a "friend of a friend?" Know someone who has a terrible tattoo?

Every month Dr. TATTOFF holds an "Ugliest Tattoo of the Month" contest. Enter yourself or a friend online to compete for a free tattoo removal treatment. Each month a winner will be selected and his or her tattoo will be the featured tattoo in our online gallery. People with amateur "scratcher" tattoos as well as professional body art are encouraged to enter. Please include a clear image of the tattoo along with your story. You can email it to us
